The Peshirams story began in 1923 in Punjab — where Late Shri Peshiram Ji built a reputation for cooking that rivalled anything on the subcontinent. As a Major in the Indian Army's Signal Corps, serving for over 30 years, he carried those recipes and that passion across India.

Decades later, his grandson Dr. Sachin Vashist — physician, entrepreneur, and visionary — reignited that flame. Today, Peshirams Legacy stands at the heart of Nai Sarak, Chandni Chowk: a tribute to a grandfather's gift and a grandson's ambition.
